Who owns RaceHP

RaceHP.ai is owned and operated by Two Men 13 LLC, a veteran-owned business registered in the United States and based in Fort Worth, Texas. The platform is built and managed by its founder, Roger Szymczak, a Texas business owner.

We are not anonymous. If you have a question about who is behind this site, the answer is on this page, in our Terms, in our Privacy Policy, and in the footer of every page.

What RaceHP is — and is not

• What it is: an AI analytics platform covering horse racing, F1, NASCAR, IndyCar, and MotoGP with one unified neural network (URIN).
• What it is not: a bookmaker or betting operator. We accept no wagers and hold no customer funds. All predictions are informational only.

How we prove our record

Claims are cheap; proofs are not. Every prediction is sealed with a SHA-256 hash before race time, anchored via OpenTimestamps to the Bitcoin blockchain, and graded against official results — wins and losses alike — on our public Verified Record. Anyone can independently check any pick. How the system works is documented on our Methodology and Standard pages.

Intellectual property

The RaceHP prediction system is patent pending: U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/099,702, filed June 26, 2026, with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
